Good late afternoon! Today is the annual pool party (not at our house ... we don't have a pool) & unfortunately it's also a work day so I haven't even been there yet. It was great to be invited & I hope they don't take it as an insult if we don't show. We want to, believe me! Yesterday the FD got toned out to a down power line & I found my dream house w/ my dream porch on my dream lot in the town I want to be in (2nd - 5th pics) & as an added twist of fate, the area code there is (864) ... which is my number, has been since about 1985. Any of you who know me or at least know OF me know I'm LizC864 everywhere. OH how I want this house, but it's 11 months too early. We're not moving for about a year. WAAAH! Can I reserve a house? Put it on layaway? I'm not ready yet but that's MY house! I cleaned the house & then surfed eBay until Pete got home from work. Yesterday's Sims
game was Caravelle & my Sim Piper is at the university working on her skills & going to classes. Today I took the dogs out, did my banking for the day & then Kyle & I headed out to Geek on Wheels in Denton county. We're back now, but Pete is still out there. The pool party started almost 2 hours ago & I hope we can make it over there for a bit before it winds down for the evening. I did stop by to say hi for about a minute & say THANK YOU for pet sitting for us & for the pool party invite. :) While we were in Denton we went out to breakfast,
on the way home we stopped at the liquor store & when we got home I checked the mail. Today's Sims game is Bridgeport Heights (6th & 7th pics) & my Sim Robert is still young & single which makes this a perfect University Life game. Robert went to the university towards a Science & Medicine degree & has been working on his skills & attending classes. Now, I'm going to see if I can get this wrapped up, get showered & changed, & head over to the party! Have a great weekend everyone!
