Good afternoon! 1st I'd like to thank all of you, my readers, for a new record in views. This month has already broken all records & we still have 3 days to go not counting today. Thank you! Who knows, if this keeps up we may crack the 3,000 mark before midnight on the 31st/1st. As always I welcome all of you into my little world & if you'd like to contact me or comment on one of these & send me a message I'd welcome any suggestions as to what you'd like to see more of, less of, etc. Yesterday I made over easy eggs for breakfast, surfed eBay, got the mail, & then started a new crochet project; Blacklight Beauty (pic). So much went into the planning of this. Choosing the pattern, finding the yarn, seeing how much of that yarn I had in stock vs what I needed from the store, headed to Michael's & bought ALL of what I needed to complete this one, came back & logged the purchase into Quicken, chose a movie to put on, set up all the yarn, & then started the movie & the project & crocheted for the length of the movie. 5 hours from the start time, I had the beginnings of this beautiful afghan. It won't take long to make because I'm making the standard size. I didn't modify the directions so it'll fit a queen-sized bed. I also didn't modify the colors. What's pictured is exactly what I'll have when it's finished. After all that I checked my Outlook.com e-mail & bought a digital converter from Sears, checked iPad Mini, dusted the lights in the living room, Kyle & I went out to Burger King for lunch, we got back & I took the dogs out, checked my iCloud e-mail & shared an article that was in there to facebook, went outside w/ Kyle & we fired up the fire pit just as Pete got home from work, we all hung out & chatted until the fire went out, & the FD got toned out to a mutual aid structure fire in a neighboring town. Yesterday's Sims game was the White House & Mr. President (Michael, 1st gen) headed off to the university. He got an apprentice business award, but need a communications degree for his political career, so he took that instead. He's been going to classes & working on his charisma skill. This morning started the same as yesterday morning. A med call as I was getting ready to head off to work. After work I took the dogs out & am now looking forward to a great day! Eve has been in Myrtle beach ONE YEAR today & guess what? Still absolutely NO CHANGE. Still NO JOB. *** FAIL !!! *** This is why I gave up on her. She wanted to blame us. She wanted to blame Josh. She wanted to blame Texas. She now has NONE of those things & all she does is sit around & read books. It's not us, it's not the STATE of Texas. It's HER.
