Good morning! Yesterday was a good day. Kyle & I went out to McDonald's for breakfast & to log more driving hours behind the wheel for him. While we were out, we needed groceries so we stopped at David's Supermarket & then while we were out we stopped at Dollar General for whatever they didn't have at David's. In the end, going out to get breakfast at McDonald's cost me $70. Do you see why I rarely leave the house? I can't afford it! LOL When we got home I took out the trash & sanitized the kitchen trash can, played Sims for a couple hours & got my Sim Harry through 2 out of 3 years of his university stint, checked out Access databases, relaxed on the sofa & watched Netflix, worked on my Red Heart Bavarian Crochet Afghan (3rd pic), was
going to make a bologna sandwich for lunch but Kyle was hungry & didn't feel like preparing anything for himself so he asked me to instead make mac & cheese for us, I took the dogs out & then finished my mandala crochet project but Pete started falling asleep before I could get the mandalas & woven strap all sewn together to finish the tote bag. Yesterday's Sims game was Premactra 22 & my Sim Harry is
on his last day at the university for his 1st 2 years. The next time I load up that game, he'll go home, re-enroll in the university & spend his final week / year there. This morning I took the dogs out & then loaded up the Sims & the Lemon Drop Victorian (2nd pic). My Sim Destiny has graduated from the university & is doing great at her job. She's at level 6/10 in the military field. Today is Andrew's 27th birthday! Happy birthday Andrew!! :) The subject of non-working people reading my blog & getting upset over what I write just came up again. Here's a clue ... GET A DAMN JOB! If you don't like what I'm writing, then FIX YOUR BROKEN ASS SELF & do something PRODUCTIVE! Sitting around reading sci-fi 16 hours a day is useless. Being a leech & mooching books, clothing, food, & a roof over your head is disgusting. Why can't you see that? Instead of focusing on how cruel I am to actually put it into print, why don't you take a good long look in the mirror. You've played Sims. Why don't you pretend you're a Sim & stop using game cheats? If you want something ... work for it. Stop taking arm-fulls of books from people so you can sit & read all day. Get a JOB, & if there's a book you want to read ... work ... get a paycheck ... walk to the bookstore, & BUY the book with money YOU earned! Live off of Ramen Noodles until you can afford to buy something better after you've WORKED for the money, stop eating other people's food! You don't like what I'm typing? GOOD! I loathe what you're doing. Have some self-pride for God's sake. You're not retirement age yet ... so stop pretending you're retired. I'm 47 & I still bust my ass. I'm a wife, mother, housekeeper, mom to pets, dishwasher, I blankets & sweaters ... what do YOU produce? Carbon dioxide? Sure, be mad. Go cry to all your enablers. Get them pissed at me. It's OK because I'm pissed at them for enabling you. For bringing you any food other than Ramen Noodles, for taking you out to restaurants, for bringing you arm-fulls of books, for taxiing you all over creation, for buying you fancy clothes, for giving you multi-hundred dollar professionally done hairstyles ... all of these things you have NOT earned. In case you forgot, it IS my business & it IS my job to be disgusted with this. Even if I were just your friend I would be disgusted. I'm disgusted with total strangers who suck off the system & don't even TRY to get a job or pay their own way. Why would you think I'd be OK with YOU doing it? I'm not a hypocrite, I don't like when ANYONE acts the way you're acting. I even offered 100% of my waking hours to help you & you refused it. That tells me that the way you're living your life is a CHOICE, not circumstance. And that is just unacceptable. If you want an apples to apples comparison, compare YOU at almost 20 to ME at 20. At 20, I was working over 40 hours a week, getting MYSELF to work & back every day, buying my OWN clothes, food, & books. In fact, on this day in 1986 I wasn't at work ... but that's only because I was in a hospital giving birth to Andrew. Would you like to compare you at 19 to me on this day at 19? I was working 6 days a week at Keating Auto Parts in Closter, N.J. ... delivering auto parts (not all of them small & lightweight), stocking shelves, helping customers, & learning to repair radiators. In addition to that, I was NOT living at home or with family, I was living in Norwood, N.J. renting a room, cooking for myself with food I bought with my paycheck & cleaning up after myself when I wasn't at work. When I had some free time, I watched TV on a television that I bought & paid for MYSELF with money I worked for. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE AT THAT AGE! So ... what have YOU done since graduation? Stop crying & whining about my posts, you CHOSE to live the way you're living & there's nothing you'll let me do to change that. I CHOOSE to be disgusted by it & vent about it here. I can't change you & you can't change me. Tough crap for both of us, huh?

Speaking of ex-President Nixon, some of the bookstores around the country reported they are a little disappointed. The book isn't selling well. Richard Nixon;s The Memoirs of a-... it's not moving too good. In fact, a lot of people who are reading it aren't buying it.
We often live for years w/ the chronic pain of our lack of vision, leadership or management in our personal lives. We feel vaguely uneasy & uncomfortable & occasionally take steps to ease the pain, at least for a time. Because the pain is chronic, we get used to it, we learn to live with it.
