Good morning! It's my Monday morning "Rock out w/ iTunes" while my iPhone5 & iPad Mini update for the week. Hard to type while I'm singing along though. "Angry All The Time" is playing now. Saturday I made French Toast for breakfast, went to Wal*Mart to pick up a pair of knitting needles (I was missing size 7) & a couple squares of fabric, came back & started on a Daisy Lace Knit tote bag, surfed eBay, checked facebook & took my game turns, chatted with my Sister-In-Law Angela on the phone, & then went to Dominos to
bring a pizza home for lunch & I hate to say it, but after all these years they've lost a customer. They changed their pan pizza & I absolutely hate it now. From now on it's going to be Pizza Hut & they actually deliver to our house so I won't have to drive all the way to the store to pick it up myself like w/ Dominos. Saturday's Sims game was Glenborough & my 3rd gen Sim Neo enrolled in the University & is going for a degree in Phys Ed. He boned up on anatomy, tested the skeletal structure, studied, went to the meet & greet, went to a kegger he was invited to, went home & made mac & cheese for dinner, went to
bed, & then went to his 1st class, Managing Snacking. Early Sunday morning the FD got toned out to an injured person, I took the dogs out, helped Kyle repair his bicycle, chatted w/ Chris who fixed a problem for me concerning the County paging system & my new phone, & then I slapped together the prototype of my new tote bag projects. It's a way I can keep making & USING the mandalas & also the Inkle Loom, together
(5th & 6th pics). All future mandalas & Inkle Loom strips will be only 2 colors so they match & will make nice tote bags. The next tote bag will be green & orange & the strap was started late last night on the Inkle Loom (2nd pic). The pattern you see there isn't the pattern that's going to be
used for the whole length of it, that's only the beginning & end pattern. The actual pattern will be a Celtic Knot pattern. I started that strap last night after everything else was finished & Pete said he was ready to settle down into the nighttime routine in 10 minutes, which meant I had a couple hours ... which I did. I worked on my Bavarian Crochet for a while & then came into my office & started that strap before he finally came in & said he was ready for bed, no nighttime routine. I knew it! HA! Anyway, after putting the mandala tote bag prototype together I worked on my board knitting, made a fried egg sandwich for breakfast, went through the Sunday paper, surfed eBay, & then started my hand knit project on the Lindsay Top. It's going to be SO
beautiful! A combination of the pattern & the yarn I'm using for it makes it just amazing. I worked on that most of the day in lieu of other crafts because I was just so excited about it & it looked so pretty. I made Chunky Soup for lunch & took the dogs out & that was about it for Sunday. Sunday's Sims game was my Nectar Maker game. My 1st gen Sim is Tony & I enrolled him in the University towards a degree in Science & Medicine which will help him towards his Nectar Making. He studied Exploring the Microscope, boned up on anatomy, went to the meet & greet, tested the skeletal structure, made goopy cabonara for dinner, went to a kegger that he was invited to, & then went to bed. The next day he went to his 1st class, Art of Drama 102, had grilled cheese for lunch, showered, studied again, & then went to bed. This morning I woke up after only 4 hours sleep, but feel pretty good considering. It's nice to be excited about life & to be looking forward to each day. I took the dogs out, updated the apps on my iPhone 5 & sync'd it with iTunes on my PC & am now doing the same with my iPad Mini. Today's Sims game is LizC864 6 (3rd pic) & great news, EA has officially announced Sims 4 for release next year! I better start saving up now. :) My current Sim in this game is Tasha, but she can't enroll in the University yet because she's pregnant. After she has the baby she'll go to the University while hubby stays home with the baby. All she's done so far today is make autumn salad for lunch & cleaned the house. Happy Birthday to my Sister-In-Law Virginia!
As the famous boxer & former Olympic winner Muhammad Ali once said, "It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, & I believed in myself."
Camouflage roots by zigzagging you part rather than making it straight.
Cinco de Mayo celebration is actually much bigger in the US than it is in Mexico, where it's only a regional holiday in the state of Puebla.

I've experienced, as most people have, times that were almost synergistic, times that hung on the edge of chaos & for some reason descended into it. Sadly, people who are burned by such experiences often begin their next new experience w/ that failure in mind. They defend themselves against it & cut themselves off from synergy.
