Good afternoon! Yesterday was a good day. I checked facebook & took my game turns, made snausage for breakfast, chatted w/ Pete, crocheted, the FD got toned out to an unknown fire, I surfed eBay & deleted most of my saved searches ... only now leaving a few of the items that are in constant need such as candles & yarn, the FD got toned out to a 2nd call, EMS this time, I worked on my Inkle loom, updated my machine knitting page on my personal Website with a pic of a previous project I've completed (pic), took the dogs out & then worked on my mandala crochet until Pete got home. Yesterday's Sims game was Chateraux & my Sim was Rusty Keaton, a high school student who is working on his logic skill & will age up to a young adult & head off to the university 1st thing in the morning the next time I play that game. I slept pretty late today again. I took the dogs out, checked the banking for the week, & loaded up the LizC864 8 game in Sims. My current Sim is Nikki (2nd gen) who had just aged up into a young adult the last time I played, so the 1st thing she did was take the exam & head off to the University. She's going to get a degree in communications since she appears to have a lot of skill w/ writing. City Council Meeting Tuesday @ 7:p.
Clarifying expectations sometimes takes a great deal of courage. it seems easier to act as though differences don't exist & to hope things will work out than it is to face the differences & work together to arrive at a mutually agreeable set of expectations.
