Good afternoon! Hey, I finally found my favorite version of the Mona Lisa (1st pic). Can I get this as a huge painting for my office? Yesterday I managed to stay awake a very long time considering the previous all-nighter. Was afraid I'd be falling asleep sitting up around 6:p, but stayed awake until 2:a. I had a cinnamon roll for breakfast, crocheted, created the Tardis Afghan page on my dio, checked facebook & took my game turns, completely emptied my inbox (caught up finally!), made sure my link to here worked from my personal Website, had a Hormel Completes for lunch, took the dogs out, machine knitted, & quilt crocheted. My Sims game was Glenwood Cottage & my current Sim was Faith who went to the University towards a technology degree. She did the usual, the bare minimum basics that she has time for & go to classes. Today I slept pretty late, about 9 hours which isn't bad considering I thought I'd sleep more like 12 or more. I took
the dogs out, checked my AT&T page, chatted w/ Pete, & then decided to mix up the schedule a little bit today. I normally hate doing that & usually WON'T do it, but I really wanted to update Ravelry today & being that I didn't get to it last Tuesday, didn't want to miss it again this week if for some reason I didn't get that far again & being that I slept until 11:a, there was a good chance that I wouldn't. SO, Ravelry was bumped to the front of the line. Good thing too, because my match came in for an exchange I joined & I had to get my recipient's yarn ready to mail out. Remember when the power went out & I did all that math on my projects to see exactly how far along I was on each one? Well all
that needed to be updated on Ravelry too. I also updated all the photos of that progress as you can see because they're all included in today's blog. Once Ravelry was completely caught up, I chatted w/ Pete again & got the mail. My Sims game for today is Chateraux (left) & right under that pic is the current cars owned for that home. My current Sim is Rusty Keaton (2nd gen) & is still in high school. He's working
on his logic skill because he has the perceptive trait which is useful for the investigator career & the logic skill is good for that career. He took the University aptitude test & did best in technology because of his logic skill, so that's what he's most likely going to go for when he graduates high school. LCFD Training tonight @ 7:p.

Little item in N.Y. ... A contractor in N.Y.C. built a skyscraper. 31 story building high-rise in the east side of Manhattan. And apparently it was an area only zoned for buildings 19 stories tall. And you know what they asked him to do? The court ordered him to remove the top 12 floors of this building. Could have been worse. They could have said remove the bottom 12 floors.

Why do humans have eyebrows? Because they confer evolutionary advantage, of course! While running, perhaps from predators, eyebrows keep sweat out of our eyes.
