Good morning! I'm really not feeling well today. Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat & today it's much worse. I still have the sore throat & it's even worse now, the right side of my neck is swollen (swollen lymph node), & when I sneezed before ... holy crap that hurt! Felt like I tore up my throat something fierce! Other than having a cold that's mostly in my throat, I surfed around Pinterest a little yesterday & found more great architecture shots, went through my iCloud e-mail, changed the afghan on my office door (the big glass door that's leads outside onto the back porch), got Kyle all registered for his senior year of high school, & then came back & started a new project, the Celtic sweater (1st pic). I created that very simple pattern because this is my 1st time making a Celtic cable sweater & didn't want too many pattern stitches. This one is mostly all lattice. The sweater will be in the colors shown in the pic here. This is also my 1st time attempting to do cables in a different color than the sweater itself, which means instead of a knit & purl texture to make the pattern stand out, I'm simply going to use the colors & leave the sweater all knit. Assuming I can pull this off, it's going to be beautiful! My Sims game yesterday was the Goth household & my Sim Misty II is in the university going for a science & medicine degree. She's been going to classes. This morning I took the dogs out & loaded up the Law Enforcement career. My Sim Olivia Breckenridge is in the university on a distinguished technology award & has been working on her skills. Milligan Water Meeting Monday evening.

We have such a tendency to rush in, to fix things up w/ good advice. But we often fail to take the time to diagnose, to really, deeply understand the problem 1st.
