Good morning (by about 6 minutes)! As you can see from the photo, the booth is coming along nicely. I bring more stock every day, so come on out & buy something! :P Yesterday I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast, got the mail, showered, brought more stock to the booth, came back & started processing today's stock to be dropped off. Kyle asked me to swap out his laundry, so I figured that while I was at the laundry room I'd do my laundry too. At lunch time I took the dogs out, ate lunch, & then went back to work. Before work was
over I ran an errand w/ Pete & didn't get back until after quitting time for the day. He was hungry, so we had an early dinner & then I sat down to play 2nd life for a while. It's been a long time ... over a year. I explore very random destinations & so far, all my random destinations are very remote & boring &/or weird (2nd pic). I can't wait until I randomly end up in a COOL place. LOL! Yesterday's Sims game was Glencove again (2nd time in a row, very unusual!), & my Sim Hazel Goldstein is in the university on an apprentice fine arts award. She's been going to classes & working on her skills. Today I woke up pretty because of what time we got to bed. I woke up at 11:a & took the dogs out & then loaded up Winter Retreat in Sims. My Sim Kyle is in the university towards a technology degree. Yesterday I rearranged my schedule a bit so that my days off are Monday & Tuesday. This leaves me at the booth when it's busy, & home on the 2 slowest days. We've got a problem w/ another booth ... they have NO respect for other people's spaces & already I've gone in there to find everything moved & trash all over my booth. Then later the same day, they were sitting AT one of my tables & eating muffins ... crumbs all over the damn place & I was warned this morning by another vendor that these annoying people aren't to be trusted at ALL. They believe that if someone wanted to buy something from my booth, they'd take the money (since they're sitting at my booth as if it were theirs) & I'd be out the item AND the money! I have high-dollar items there, so this is a huge problem. People w/ no respect for other people's spaces & who are willing to steal need to be gone. The landlord needs to decide now if it's going to be them or me, because I'm not going to put up w/ this for a second. The trash, the sitting at my booth like it's theirs, the moving stuff all over like it's theirs, & as soon as ONE item disappears & I don't have the cash from a sale, I'm pulling out & demanding a refund for the remaining rent (we paid 4 weeks rent in advance). This booth can be a great thing ... but only if ONE other vendor is tossed out on their ear! From what I'm hearing they're a problem to more people than just me & I've only been there less than a week. I don't move anything in other people's booths unless it's spilling over into mine & I sure don't SIT at other people's booths, pretend it's mine, eat breakfast & lunch on their table & then leave all my trash & crumbs there. Haw rude can you be? What the hell is wrong w/ some people?!
