Check it out, yarn insulation! Keeps it off the floor & saves space, doubles as insulation, easy to see what you've got ... no, I didn't do this, we don't have an attic that can be used as a room ... but I thought it was genius. LOL! What a beautiful day in August in Texas! I woke up to mid-60s temps & actually wore a jacket to work. It's currently 78° & beautiful! Again, the only reason I don't have the windows open is because of the humidity outside ... 52%. My hair is frizzy enough without making it humid inside. LOL! Yesterday was a perfect day. I picked Kyle up from band, got the mail, made eggs over easy for breakfast, straightened the chairs in my crafting room which somehow ended up in odd places, checked my iPad Mini, played some Pyramid Solitaire, surfed eBay & bought a calendar for next year, updated the apps on my iPad Mini & iPhone & then sync'd them w/ the PC, took the dogs out & spent some time on the swing, came in & spent 3 HOURS on YouTube which led to installing Minecraft & 2nd Life again, did the dishes, cooked a wonderful dinner of fettuccine Alfredo & meatballs w/ chocolate cake for dessert, took the dogs out again & then Pete came home from work & we did our nighttime routine & went to bed EARLY (for us). It was perfect! It was great! :) Yesterday's Sims game was my part time spa specialist. My Sim Aaron Jr is in the university on an apprentice fine arts award & has already earned the age freeze potion for having so many lifetime happiness points. He's been going to classes. This morning I took the dogs out & then headed off to work. Today's Sims game is Fachwerkhaus & my Sim Lewis is busy raising his daughter Ginny. He's got to potty train her, teach her to talk & walk, & there are lots of books to read to her so she has skills when she ages up into a child & there's a time crunch to pull this off. Only 4 game days ... & of COURSE she falls asleep the second he wakes up. They're on opposite schedules which means he'll barely have any time (if ANY) to teach her anything. Damn. The game does punish you for not completing this task as a parent ... you're unable to choose the next trait for your child when they age up into a child & you're at the mercy of the game to choose something ... & of course it's usually something NOT useful or even worse ... a bad trait.

Team of Japanese researchers named the newly discovered lightning-fast vision protein pikachurin. Yes, it's named after Pikachu, a Pokemon character noted for its "lightning-fast moves & shocking electric effects."

This weekend could be a good time to make a change in your life, like a new address. Just for fun, don't tell anyone you've moved until next year.

You may say you care about & appreciate me. I desperately want to believe that. But how can you appreciate me when you don't even understand me? All I have are your words, & I can't trust words.
