Rolled in yesterday morning & don't remember a whole lot because I hadn't slept for over 24 hours. I remember chatting w/ everyone for a bit & then going to sleep for a little while before the service. After the service we all went to Applebee's & then back to the cemetery to see the site just as a storm rolled in. When we got back we went right back to sleep & woke up a couple times during the night, but when I finally woke up this morning around 9:30a EST I finally felt rested enough to focus. No big plans for today. Hopefully a lot of rest before we leave for home tomorrow morning. I can't sleep as a passenger in a car, so that means whether I'm driving or not, I'm wide awake the ENTIRE trip. We don't stop along the way ... we drive straight through. So... no sleep until we get to our destination once we hit the road. It's nice to see everyone & Kyle & I might have stayed longer if it weren't for the 5 pets at home missing us. We miss them too. Having pets at home & family spread all over the US is inconvenient when it comes to wanting to spend time with people. Back to the family ... have a great weekend everyone!
