Good morning. Monday was so busy that I didn't even make it to lunch, but then again that seems to be the trend these days. I chatted w/ Kyle, then chatted w/ Pete, then chatted w/ Brandon's mom, then drove Kyle to Princeton to pick up his band tuxedo from the dry cleaners, then drove to Wal Mart to pick up a skein of yarn, then Kyle made mac & cheese for us which was my breakfast, I updated Ravelry (3rd pic),
worked on my Broomstick Lace crochet while watching the pilot of X-Files, chatted w/ Brandon, surfed eBay, started to check facebook & take my game turns & then Pete came home from work. I started up a small business as a tramsportation assistant, driving people w/ no car to / from work. Since there's no public transportation out here in the country, people without a vehicle end up stuck.

Monday's Sims game was Chestnut Hill. My Sim Lewis (2nd gen) went to the university on an apprentice Science award. Yesterday I took the dogs out & then loaded up my AOL Desktop Mail to try & knock out the 7,000+ e-mails that had built up in there over months of me not having the time to get to them. With rescheduling to 1st thing Tuesday mornings, I should be able to (eventually) get them all caught up & then KEEP them caught up. I got through a couple thousand of them yesterday. I currently have 4,725 to go. Each e-mail contains graphics, or a file attach of a scrap kit, tubes, frames, accents, masks, etc. Something Paint Shop Pro related. That's why it takes so long, I have to open each e-mail & then save the imbedded graphics or attached file, some of which are up to 20Mb. I collect these items & asked to be a part of this e-list, so no, I'm not going to just delete them all. Mixed in there are sales e-mails from stores or companies I shop from regularly & e-mails from my mom. Also receipts for purchases from eBay, iTunes, & Amazon Prime. Very VERY little junk mail. I'm currently in the process of trying to find a smaller e-list that is more focused on what I'm interested in right now. That will lower the incoming mail volume & ensure that almost every e-mail is something I really really want. The large list has a lot of cool stuff, but it's stuff that even though I'm currently collecting, I don't really need at the moment. In the middle of yesterday's e-mail marathon, I had a brief router reset that knocked me offline & had to drive Kyle to the school to register for his AP classes for next year. The city council meeting was last night & the FD had a public assist call. Yesterday's Sims game was Edgewater (2nd pic) & my Sim Neo went to the university on an apprentice fine arts degree. Nothing else because I was clearing e-mail from the time Pete went to work until the time he got home. This morning I took the dogs out, went through my AOL Favorites which are pretty old & a lot of the links no longer existed so I ended up clearing a few out. I did have a link to the Budweiser 9/11 Tribute that was still active & then watched the Firefighter Tribute & saved that one to my favorites. Today's Sims game is Coventry (1st pic). My Sim is Piper Whipple & she just went to the university on a distinguished fine arts degree. I start working as a Transportation Assistant Friday morning which means getting to bed EARLY Thursday night. My Mother-In-Law's birthday is this Saturday!
A call or e-mail this week might be a sign to re-enter the witness protection program. Pick a warm climate & buy a new wig. The "Liberace" style would be nice since it works for both dudes & dudettes.

We realize that this is hardly a top-tier application but we thought that making it available for FREE would be a NICE gesture. Those of you who are expecting more should probably look elsewhere. To the rest of you: we hope you enjoy playing with it!

French nobleman Chavalier d'Eon was so fond of cross-dressing that his gender wasn't definitively determined until his death. His colleagues had wagered great sums of money on the outcome.

How much negative energy is typically expended when people try to solve problems or make decisions in an interdependent reality? How much time is spent in confessing other people's sins, politicking, rivalry, interpersonal conflict, protecting one's backside, masterminding, & 2nd guessing? It's like trying to drive down the road w/ 1 foot on the gas & the other foot on the brake!

In drought-stricken Somalia, the camel is an important pack animal. It's so important that there are 46 distinct words to describe camels in the Somali language.
More genuine the involvement, the more sincere & sustained the participation in analyzing & solving problems, the greater the release of everyone's creativity & of their commitment to what they create. This, I'm convinced, is the essence of power in the Japanese approach to business, which has changed the world marketplace.

Now here's some startling news. According to a report, in N.Y.C. if there's a nuclear attack, the N.Y. subway system will survive. Doesn't that give you a good feeling, to know that if there's a nuclear war the only survivors are going to be 40 muggers & a guy in a raincoat? -Johnny Carson 1986
San Diego Zoo was in the news today because it had an elephant called Lucky that apparently had an impacted tooth. And they called in a dentist ... & he removed a 5-lb molar. Yeah, from this elephant. Can you imagine that? Getting the molar out was not the tough problem the trick was to get the elephant to spit in that little sink. -Johnny Carson 1981

Well here we are in June, or as some call it, "tube top weather." Which reminds me - a string of simulated pearls w/ a tube top is a good example of understated elegance. men should stay away from the tube top look altogether.
