Good morning! My FD radio battery charger just died. I have 3 batteries, 2 are dead & my last one in in my radio & the radio is OFF. I won't turn it on unless we get toned out, because once this battery is dead, that's it. I've contacted my Chief & let him know, so hopefully I'll be back up & running soon. Lawson came back yesterday from our other house with bad news. $18k in repairs & rebuilding are needed & it's

un-rentable in its current state. We're going to see what the insurance company says & take it from there. Kyle drove himself to the library & then I came back & cleaned the house, surfed eBay, checked facebook & took my game turns, picked Kyle up from the library, had lunch w/ Kyle at Subway, bought a bag of donuts for breakfast this morning, got a little bit of fuel, came home & went through the new Avon catalog, & then started reading the Love Dare book from Fireproof that arrived yesterday. ... Day 1: "Love works. It's life's purest & most powerful motivator & has far greater depth & meaning than most people realize. It gives courage to a coward, wisdom to a fool. It always does what's best for others & can empower us to face the greatest of problems." ... "For the next day, resolve to say nothing negative to your spouse at all." ... There is so much to this book & I strongly suggest you get yourself a copy. Snippets are great, but without the entire chapter you're missing SO much. So much explanation, so much motivation. 40 Day Love Dare. When I was finished for the day with reading Day 1, it was finally time to go relax & work in my Interlocking Filet Stitch Crochet. I started watching 1984, but hated it. Pete came home about halfway through & I was glad to turn it off & remove it from my watch list. We had dinner, watched the new episode of Burn Notice, & headed off to bed. Yesterday's Sims game was Chappaqua & my Sim Fantasy enrolled in the University under an apprentice technology award. She's been working on her skills & attending classes. Last night / This morning started off with the FD radio battery charger issue. Other than that, I've taken the dogs out & checked my AT&T page. Today's Sims game is Lone Wolff Manor (1st pic) & my Sim Quinn (2nd gen) just enrolled in the university w/ a distinguished phys ed award (he's got level 10 of the athletic skill). My truck turns 8 today! Glad we didn't wreck it on its birthday ... Kyle had a bit of a '2 wheels off the road' experience on an S-turn on his way to the library this afternoon. Scared the crap out of me! Not only do I love my 8-year-old truck, but I can't afford to replace it if anything happens to it. Anxiously awaiting the 3:p pickup on Sunday of our (new to us) dual reclining sofa!
