Isn't France beautiful? It's one of the places I'd love to see before I die, though I doubt I ever will. At least I get to see pics on the Internet & it's even beautiful in the Sims. Yep, I bought World Adventures just to see France & even they made it beautiful. Anyway, Josh made hamburgers yesterday & it was the 1st thing I had eaten all day so technically that made it breakfast, but it was 6:p & another technicality makes that dinner. So I guess I had a had a hamburger for breakner. With that I got to work on the house & dusted the bathroom accents, changed the bedding, dusted the dining room lights, checked the smoke alarm, did laundry, checked the Brinks system, mopped the dining room since no one else would do it for a week & it's been on their chore list (pissed me off!), & swept the utility room. I completed 1 of the crocheted edges on the finished afghan & when I complete the final crocheted edge, I'll wait until daylight the next day & take photos of it outside in the natural light. I'll drape it over the hood of my truck, since taking photos of afghans on the bed is difficult due to lack of space & poor lighting. The red in this afghan has glitter running through it & that will be best seen in the sunlight. Also, with it draped over my truck's hood, I can back up far enough to get the entire afghan in the photo & this one is worth it! I checked the love quote of the day (yeah, I'm sappy that way), checked eBay & Twitter & then Pete got home so we ate dinner, watched Burn Notice & headed off to bed. Woke up today just in time to take Josh to work, go candle shopping (I used to buy Yankee Candles on eBay all the time, but there's a sudden shortage. After years of always having candles from eBay, I suddenly ran out! I haven't been the winning bidder on enough candles to keep me in stock, so we had to go out & buy one at the store. I got a nice big 22 oz candle this time. Before this one, I only ever had the 3.7 oz candles), & then we went to Fuddrucker's for ... well, here we go again. It was my 1st meal, so breakfast, but it was 2:p, so lunch. Brunch. At least that's a KNOWN word unlike my new creation above of breakner. Right now the boys (Pete & Kyle) are out back working on the branches they cut down weeks ago. They still needed to be cut up into smaller pieces & cleared out. It looked pretty bad back there. Maintenance Tuesday.

Aleatory:
Characterized by chance or random elements.
The film often is shot with a hand-held camera, which catches the little aleatory details of real life.
If you're the gambling type, then chances are good you've come across the word "aleatory" in your travels. Deriving from the Latin noun alea, which refers to a kind of dice game, "aleatory" was 1st used in English in the late 17th century to describe things that are dependent on uncertain odds, much like a roll of the dice. The term now describes things that occur by sheer chance or accident, such as the unlucky bounce of a golf shot or the unusual shape of an inkblot.

- Don't send form letters or cards with printed messages & just your signature. Don't use email or post generic thank-yous on your Web site, unless you follow up soon with handwritten ones.
- Don't mention that you plan to return or exchange a gift or indicate dissatisfaction in any way.
- Don't tailor the quality of your note to the perceived value of the gift. No one should receive a dash-off, perfunctory note.
- Don't include wedding photos or use photo cards if it will delay sending notes.
- Don't use your lateness as an excuse not to write at all. Even if your 1st anniversary has passed, the gift giver still deserves your written thanks; you can still be sincere even as you acknowledge your tardiness.

Leftovers are often the best part of Thanksgiving dinner so make sure you have enough plasticware to send your guests home with leftovers or to fill & stock your freezer. Plan ahead!
Nothing happens without focus, so when you try to do 6 things at once, nothing seems to happen. You can't get out of debt & fund retirement adequately & fund the emergency fund. When you attack 1 thing & let the other things sit while staying current, things happen.
On this day in 2003, the actor and former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger is sworn in as the 38th governor of California at the State Capitol in Sacramento. Schwarzenegger, who became a major Hollywood star in the 1980s with such action movies as Conan the Barbarian and The Terminator, defeated Governor Gray Davis in a special recall election on October 7, 2003. Prior to Schwarzenegger, another famous actor, Ronald Reagan, served as the 33rd governor of California from 1967 to 1975 before going on to become the nation’s 40th president in 1980.
Schwarzenegger
was born July 30, 1947, in Austria. He trained as a bodybuilder and at
the age of 20 became the youngest person to win the Mr. Universe title.
In 1968, Schwarzenegger, dubbed “The Austrian Oak,” came to the United States,
speaking little English, and went on to win a dozen more world
bodybuilding titles. In 1977, he gained notice when he was featured in
the documentary Pumping Iron, about the Mr. Olympia competition. Schwarzenegger’s acting career took off with the 1982 blockbuster Conan the Barbarian, in which he played a sword-wielding hero avenging his parents’ deaths, and its 1984 sequel, Conan the Destroyer. He later became an international star with roles in a long list of action films including The Terminator (1984), in which he plays a cyborg assassin who utters the now-famous line “I’ll be back”; the Oscar-nominated sci-fi thriller Total Recall (1990), co-starring Sharon Stone; Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), which contains the memorable catchphrase “Hasta la vista, baby”; and True Lies (1994), co-starring Jamie Lee Curtis and directed by James Cameron, who also helmed the Terminator films.
In addition to action films, Schwarzenegger also had box-office success with comedies, including Twins (1988), co-starring the diminutive Danny DeVito, and Kindergarten Cop (1990), in
which he played a detective who goes undercover as a kindergarten
teacher in order to nab a drug dealer. While continuing to make movies
into the 2000s--notably including Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
(2003)-- Schwarzenegger also built a reputation as a savvy businessman
and an advocate of physical fitness and after-school programs for
children.
In 1986, Schwarzenegger, a committed Republican, married the broadcast journalist Maria Shriver, a niece of President John F. Kennedy
and a member of one of America’s most famous Democratic families. In
August 2003, Schwarzenegger, who became a U.S. citizen in 1983 and had
never served in public office, announced on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
that he intended to seek the California governorship in the special
recall election that year. After winning the election and serving out
the remainder of former governor Gray Davis’s term, “The Governator,” as
he was dubbed, was re-elected in November 2006 to serve a full term in
office.
