Didn't even make it to lunch yesterday but that's OK. I was useful for the FD & even got to use my truck as a TRUCK yesterday which was FUN instead of the usual 15 mpg taxi that it's become. I even ran into someone I knew from the Branch FD years ago who's been working at Home Depot since right after we met all those years back. Who says you can't hold a job? I still say I should apply at Home Depot, but I'd never come home with any money, just STUFF. There's so much work that needs to be done on the house & yard that I'd just sign my check, hand it right back to them & load my truck with needed materials. Between gardening, improvements, landscaping, maintenance, & repairs ... I could work there the rest of my life & never finish with everything assuming I never walked out of there with a check ... just stuff I needed. Xoco's 3rd birthday is coming up on Saturday.
